Pomoshnic AI is an AI-powered assistant available via Telegram. The Service provides features including AI conversation, web search, price tracking, and other digital tools.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers the following subscription plans:

• Start: $3/month — 300 requests
• Pro: $7/month — 1000 requests
• Max: $12/month — 2000 requests

New users receive 50 free requests upon registration. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. Payments are processed by Paddle.com.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to generate illegal content, spam, or content that violates Telegram's Terms of Service or applicable laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
